Typographic Christmas Cards

For the last several years I have been making typographic Christmas cards to give to friends and family, creating various creatures out of characters in different typefaces. Serif faces generally work best, with a greater range of shapes and curves to make life-like figures, even if they are still abstract. Now I just need to come up with an idea for this year!

I LOVE the reindeer! The bear one makes me feel sad for some obscure reason, maybe the quote? And of course I have the Penguins from last year 🙂 What is new this year, or do I have to wait?

Thanks! I put them up since I just realized I need to figure out an idea for this year, Christmas always sneaks up on me and I’m always rushed to get them printed in time 😛
